Public Notice: Lake County Plan Commission Special Meeting — August 27, 2026
The Lake County Plan Commission will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, August 27, 2026 at 3:00 PM CST in the Commissioners' Courtroom/Council Chamber, 3rd Floor, Building A of the Lake County Government Center, 2293 North Main Street, Crown Point, Indiana, 46307. The meeting is open to the public and can be viewed by going to lakecountyin.gov.
The purpose of the meeting is the LAKE COUNTY PLAN COMMISSION consideration of Amended Resolution No. 003A-2026 and associated Economic Development Plan for the I-65 and SR 2 Interchange Economic Development Area. This Economic Development Plan and associated documents were forwarded from the Lake County Redevelopment Commission on July 16, 2026. The documents were subsequently amended and returned to the Lake County Redevelopment Commission for further consideration on August 19, 2026.
