The Hurley Area REV Group, operating under the Iron County Economic Development Committee, invites community members, business leaders, and property owners to participate in an evening designed to spark impactful conversations and move the Hurley area forward.

The primary goal of the Entrepreneur Fair is to bridge the gap between empty commercial spaces and visionary business ideas:

• For Aspiring Entrepreneurs: Do you have a business idea waiting to be brought to life, but need the right building, location, or investor backing to make it happen?
• For Property Owners: Do you own commercial property that is sitting vacant or not living up to its full potential? Are you looking for someone to purchase, lease, or operate a business in your space?
• For Lenders & Investors: Are you looking to support local economic development by financing promising new ventures or real estate projects in the Hurley area?

A Casual Environment for Real Connections

This event is casual and open to everyone in the community. It is designed as an informal setting where ideas can be shared freely, networks can be expanded, and potential partnerships can form organically.

Event Evening Schedule

• 5:00 PM – Doors open
• 5:30 PM – Brief welcoming remarks, followed by Keynote speaking with short address to the crowd 
• 6:00 PM – Open floor networking 
• 7:00 PM – Closing remarks
• 8:00 PM – Doors close
